These terms are an agreement between you and FicChat. By signing up or using FicChat, you read and agree to these terms and the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please stop using the service.
What is FicChat?
FicChat is an AI chat fiction service for entertainment. Characters and chats are AI generated. All characters are fictional and not related to real people. This is not medical, legal, financial, or psychological advice.
User age
Users must be 18+. If we find a user is under 18, we will close the account and delete data immediately.
Content rules
- No creating or prompting explicit sexual content.
- Strictly no inappropriate content involving minors.
- No using real people's names or images for characters.
- No using the service to scam, harass, or break the law.
- No creating multiple accounts or using bots to farm rewards or coins.
Packages, Coins, and Refunds
Monthly packages auto-renew and can be canceled anytime. You can use it until the billing cycle ends. Purchased coins are generally non-refundable unless there is a system error, double charge, or required by law. Contact our team before your bank. We reply within 7 business days.
Content rights
Characters, stories, images, and FicChat's systems belong to FicChat. Your messages are yours, but you grant us permission to process them to provide the service.
Account suspension and term changes
We may suspend rule-breaking accounts with a warning, except for severe cases. If major terms change, we will ask you to accept them again. These terms are governed by Thai law.
